Selection Process
- The Selection procedure will be decided by Apprentice Selection Committee on the basis of merit / interview.
- Only selected candidates will be informed through offer letter

Application Process
- Candidates applying for Graduate Apprentice and Technician Apprentice (Diploma) are required to register in
National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS 2.0) portal (https://nats.education.gov.in)
- The fresh pass-out candidates passing their respective courses in 2024, 2025 & 2026 only can apply.
- Candidates are required to fill the Application form by Typing, Affix the passport size photograph and sign in the
application form. The scanned copies of filled application form along with desired essential documents/certificates in
single PDF format must be sent through e-mail only to apprentice.acem@gov.in. It is compulsory to attach
University / College CGPA to Percentage conversion formula document adopted by University / College along with
all necessary supporting documents. The application form is enclosed herewith.
- Last date for receipt of application: 26th July 2026
- All correspondence with candidates shall be done through electronic mode only. Do not send any HARD COPY of application.
- Responsibility of downloading and printing of letter shall be that of the candidates. ACEM will not be responsible for
any loss of e-mail sent due to invalid/wrong e-mail ID provided by the candidate or delivery email to SPAM/BULK mail folder etc.
