Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking and a
premier Aeronautics Complex in South Asia under the Ministry of Defence, Government of
India. To support its ambitious growth plans, HAL is looking for young, energetic and resultoriented Graduate Engineers/Professionals with an excellent academic record for engagement
as Design Trainees (DTs) and Management Trainees (MTs). The selected candidates will be
posted across HALs Production, Overhaul and Service Divisions, Research & Development
Centres and Offices located at Bengaluru and Tumakuru (Karnataka), Hyderabad (Telangana),
Nasik (Maharashtra), Koraput (Odisha), Barrackpore (West Bengal), and Lucknow, Kanpur and
Korwa (Uttar Pradesh):-

Salary & Allowances
| During the training period, the Trainees shall draw a Stipend comprising of Basic
Pay of Rs. 50,000/-, Variable Dearness Allowance & Canteen Allowance. Besides, Bachelor Accommodation is also admissible during the
training period, as per the Company Rules. On successful completion of the training, the Trainees would be absorbed as
Engineers in the Grade-II Scale of Pay of Rs.50,000 -1,60,000/-. |

election process will comprise of an Online Computer based Selection Test on All-India
basis and Personal Interview at Bengaluru.
