Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) invites applications from eligible and qualified
candidates for filling up of Scientist-"B", equivalent to Group-"A" post in level-10 (Rs. 56100- Rs.177500) of 7th
CPC on Direct Recruitment Basis. Candidates will be shortlisted for Personal Interaction/Interview based on their
valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) score of 2024/2025/2026.:-

Selection Process
1 Only those candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria mentioned at point 3 and have registered their
application on the portal shall be considered for further selection process in CERT-In.
2 Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for interview/interaction, on the basis of GATE Score in the
ratio of 1:5 subject to their availability in order of discipline-wise and category-wise merit list. If there
are more than one candidate with the same GATE Score (while shortlisting for interaction/interview),
then all the candidates with the same Score will be shortlisted and called for interaction/interview irrespective of the ratio stated above.
3 Equal weightage will be given to GATE 2024, GATE 2025 and GATE 2026 Scores.
4 Shortlisted candidates can download their call letters for the Personal Interaction/Interview from the
link available on the website https://www.cert-in.org.in/ Candidates will have to regularly visit
recruitment website for link or any other information.
