| a) The selection of candidates for recruitment to the posts of Guest Faculty etc. shall be made as
per provisions made in the statute/UGC guidelines. b) The list of candidates shall be prepared in order of merit, which shall be equal to twice the number of advertised vacancies and it will be valid for one year from the date of publication of result. |

Duly filled in applications along with self-attested copies of all relevant docur:ients must be sent only by Speed Post / Registered Post to the Registrar, Ravenshaw University, College Square, Kataka, Odisha- 753003 so as to reach him on or before 19.08.2026 by 5:00 PM. The sealed envelope containing the application should be superscribed in Block letter "Application for the Post of Guest Faculty of (Department), Advertisement No. __ , Dated., _ In addition, a scanned copy of the duly filled-in application form along with all supporting documents should be sent via email to recruitment@ravenshawuniversity.ac.in on or before the prescribed last date. |
