| Candidates possessing the above Educational Qualification and having maximum of 28
years of age for JRF and 35 years for RA as on the date of Interview (relaxable by 5 years
for SC/ST and by 3 years for OBC candidates) are requested to forward their CV / Bio-Data
as per enclosed proforma in original along with self attested copies of certificates of
Educational Qualification, NET/GATE Scorecard, Caste Certificate and other relevant documents,
for which claim has been made. |

Selection Process
Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview. The interview and/or written test
dates will be sent through email only for shortlisted candidates. Selected Candidates should
bring a copy of Bio-data and original certificates for verification, during the time of interview.
Shortlisted candidates called for interview/ written test are eligible for reimbursement of actual
train / bus fare by the shortest route limited to sleeper class railway fare from the place to which
interview letter is issued or the place of journey is started whichever is less as per the said rules.

The Bio-data is to be addressed to The Director, Armament Research & Development
Establishment (ARDE), Armament Post, Pashan, PUNE- 411 021 with name of the post
superscribed on the envelope and should reach the office on or before
31st Aug 2026 (Monday) the latest.
