Indian Institute of Packaging is an autonomous and apex body working under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India for promotion of packaging standards and exports in the country since 1966. With its headquarters and principal laboratories in Mumbai and other regional offices, activities of the institute are in line with those of the worlds premiere packaging Institutes. The institute is closely linked with all the international organizations concerned with packaging technologies. recognized university/institution. Preference will be given to those who have experience serving in foreign universities Note: For retired professor Basic Salary minus Pension as per university norms. |

Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology – mediated teaching learning process with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates and research students. v. A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) as per UGC |

| Assistant Professor (Sustainable Packaging and LCA) | Ph.D. in Sustainable Packaging, Circular Economy, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Environmental Sustainability, Packaging Materials, Waste Management, or related interdisciplinary areas. Teaching / Research / Industrial experience in sustainable packaging, environmental assessment, packaging materials, recycling systems, or regulatory compliance shall be desirable. Experience in handling sustainability projects, environmental audits, or packaging compliance studies will be preferred.
