Salary & Allowances
| Selected candidates will be appointed in the Non-Supervisory Cadre (Grade IV) in the IDA pay
scale of Rs. 25,000–1,05,000/-, with a starting basic pay of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five
Thousand only), subject to being found medically fit as per the Companys prescribed medical
standards. No pay protection will be admissible under any circumstances. |

Mode of Application
Selection Process
The selection methodology will comprise a Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by Document
Verification of certificates/testimonials of candidates shortlisted based on CBT performance, and
thereafter a Skill, Proficiency and/or Physical Test (SPPT). The SPPT will be of qualifying nature.
