RECRUITMENT OF MERITORIOUS
SPORTSPERSONS TO THE POST OF CONSTABLE (GENERAL DUTY) UNDER SPORTS QUOTA-2025 IN ITBPF.
Online Applications are invited from eligible Male and Female Indian
citizens (including subject of Nepal & Bhutan) possessing educational qualification
& age as prescribed below for filling up following vacancies for the post of
Constable (General Duty) under Sports Quota in Group "C" (Non-Gazetted,
Non-Ministerial) on temporary basis, likely to be permanent in ITBPF against
Sports Quota. Selected candidates will be liable to serve anywhere in India or
abroad. On appointment, the candidates shall be governed by the ITBPF Act 1992
and Rules 1994 and other Rules applicable from time to time. Applications from

Tattoo
- Content: Being a secular country, the religious sentiments of our
countrymen are to be respected and thus, tattoos depicting religious symbol
or figures and the name, as followed in Indian Army are to be permitted.
- Location: Tattoos marked on traditional sites of the body like inner aspect
of forearm but only left forearm, being non saluting limb or dorsum of the hands are to be allowed.
- Size: Size must be less than ΒΌ of the particular part (Elbow or Hand) of the body.

Selection Process
| Players who have participated or won medal(s) in the competitions given at
Para-4(C) above during the period from 01/01/2024 till 01/11/2026 shall be
eligible for recruitment to the post of Constable (GD) (Sportsperson) in ITBPF.
Online applications forms and copy of certificates uploaded by the candidates will
be scrutinized and if found in order the respective candidates will be issued online
admit card to appear in the recruitment process i.e. Documentation, Physical
Standard Test (PST), and Detailed Medical Examination by the Nodal Office.
Sports Trial Test (qualifying in nature) shall also be conducted for all advertised
vacancies in the mentioned sports disciplines.

Eligible and interested candidates should apply only through ITBPF
Recruitment website https://recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in. Candidates are
advised to fill the application form after reading the instructions carefully. The
application must be submitted ONLINE only. No application will be accepted
offline. Candidature of the candidate who submitted application offline will be
rejected summarily.
