Selection Process

1. Applications shall be invited from eligible candidates through the advertisement published by BECIL. 2. Applications received shall be scrutinized and shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria prescribed for the respective post. 3. Mere possession of the prescribed educational qualifications, experience, and other eligibility requirements shall not entitle a candidate to be called for any stage of the selection process. 4. Preference may be given to candidates possessing higher qualifications, superior academic credentials, additional relevant experience, or any other desirable criteria, as determined by the Client/Principal Employer. 5. BECIL reserves the right to adopt suitable shortlisting criteria, including but not limited to higher qualifications, greater relevant experience, or any other criteria deemed appropriate. 6. The list of shortlisted candidates shall be forwarded to the Client/Principal Employer for further selection process, including interview, assessment, skill test, or any other evaluation method as may be decided by the Client. 7. Shortlisted candidates shall be informed regarding the date, time, and venue/mode of interview, assessment, or skill test (if any) through registered email and/or telephone. Candidates are advised to keep their email address and mobile number active and updated. 8. Candidates selected by the Client/Principal Employer shall be informed regarding their selection and subsequent formalities through email and/or telephone |
