Application as per requisite format alongwith self-attested photocopies
of Experience Cert, Matric Cert, Degree/Diploma, Character Cert, Aadhar card, PAN card, Medical Fitness Cert signed by SEMO/CMO, Record of
Service (ESM Offr only) and PPO & Disch Book (ESM only) will be submitted to OIC, Stn HQS (ECHS Cell), Ludhiana by 15 Aug 2026 in Triplicate
and same documents to be brought in Original at the time of interview. Application received after 1700 hrs on 14 Aug 2026 will not be accepted.
