| Candidate must reach at Stn HQ Gopalpur at 08.00 AM on 06 Aug 2026 for interview to be
held between 10.00 AM to 02.00 PM. Candidates must bring all the original educational certificates/marks sheet/ /PG/Diploma
course and discharge book, PPO, Service records, Aadhar Card and Pan Card at time of interview. No TA/DA is admissible. Only candidates
meeting the qualitative requirements may apply.

2026 in duplicate, if applied for both Polyclinics. Any application received after the date 29 Jul 2026 will not accepted.
