Age
a) The upper age limit prescribed shall not exceed 23 years as on 22 July 2026, i.e.
applicants should be born on or after 23 July 2003.
b) The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates &
5 years for SC/ST candidates in seats reserved for them. |
Educational Qualification
Salary & Allowances
a) The candidate selected as Scaffolder trainee will have to undergo three months
training, during which the trainee will be paid a consolidated monthly stipend of
₹ 10,000/-
b) Depending upon organisational requirements, availability of vacancies and individual
performance, successful candidates may be considered for contractual posts, at the
discretion of CSL. In such case, the consolidated pay during the first year of contract
will be ₹ 20,100/- per month, and an annual increase shall be applicable in the
subsequent years. They will also be eligible for extra hours of work, beyond normal
work hours.

Mode of Application
Selection Process
a) The method of selection shall be through Physical Test (100 Marks).
b) Depending upon the number of online applications received, CSL reserves the right to
scrutinise applications and prepare shortlist of candidates based on meeting eligibility
requirements ascertained through the certificates uploaded by the applicants in the
online application portal and only such shortlisted candidates may be permitted to
attend the selection process.
c) Candidates who successfully complete the certificate verification shall only be permitted
to attend the Physical Test, which shall be scheduled on a later date.
