Educational Qualification
| Bachelor degree & Must possess three (3) years of combined or separate administrative cadre experience in
Government / Local Self-Government Bodies / Government Undertakings / Semi-Government Bodies / Boards /
Corporations / Municipal Corporations / Companies registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and 2013 / Institutions
registered under the Co-operative Societies Act, 2012 (appointments made via direct recruitment in regular pay
scales, or via fixed pay/compassionate fixed pay in accordance with the Gujarat Government Finance Department Resolution. |
Salary & Allowances
| Initially, a fixed remuneration of Rs. 26,000/- will be paid for three years; thereafter, subject to a performance evaluation, the pay will be in accordance with Level 4 of the Pay Matrix (Rs. 25,500–81,100), plus other admissible allowances as per the rules. |
